The Mac version requires Mac OS X 10.10 or later. IFinance is available for both Mac and iOS systems. I also prefer to use iCloud since I have more control over my data, compared to other using other companies' cloud services.IFinance If iBank sounds too comprehensive or expensive for your Mac financial software needs, take a look at iFinance, which focuses more on the basics of financial management. It lets me keep track of my finances no matter where I am. I also really appreciate that I can use iCloud to sync my financial data between my Mac, iPhone, Watch, and iPad. You can track stocks and mutual funds, but there's currently no way for me to import stock data (the developers said they'd look into adding this feature). iFinance is especially strong in letting me manage cash, credit, savings, and checking accounts. These are minimal and in now way sway me from using the app. I rated this 4/5 because from time to time there is a bug or crash on my iPhone (I have yet to experience one on my Mac). The ability to customize the charts that I need is fantastic as well. I love that my balances are in my Notification Center on my Mac and in the summary of my iPhone. IFinance has been a life saver for me as I can now track my live spending and use the 'reconcile' feature to keep it in pending until it does finally process through my bank. Mint did not resolve my problem as transactions must process through my bank before they are processed in the mint. My bank is terribly slow about processing my transactions and getting paid on the weekend means come Monday afternoon I have runs of transactions s going through without the slightest idea of where my balance is. No more guessing star star star star star_borderĬ.Adley's Review of Ifinance 4 Reviewed on 12/4/18 12:43 PM
